Zoning Board of Appeals

The general purpose of the Zoning Board of Appeals is to hear and decide any appeal or decision, order of interpretation by the officer whose duty it is to enforce the Zoning Ordinance.  The ZBA may have the authority to reverse the previous decision of such office by a vote as provided by a statute.

Meetings are held the second Wednesday of the month only when there are items to discuss and/or vote on.  Meetings are held at Town Hall beginning at 7:00 p.m.
